Personal data processing
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – UE 2016/679), which deals with the processing of personal data, ItalianPapers (Data Controller) informs the applicant (Data Subject) that the personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes and according to the methods illustrated in this privacy statement.

To be able to send personal data through the form present on the ‘contact us‘ page, the applicant must state to have read the present privacy policy and must give the informed consent in accordance with GDPR. This action allows ItalianPapers to process and store these data in compliance with the GDPR – UE 2016/679 in order to provide the requested service(s).
The personal data will be stored and processed only for the time necessary to perform the requested service(s).
ItalianPapers (the Data Controller) may communicate the personal data (for the purpose listed in Art. 2 of GDPR) to third parties (Data Processors) in order to provide the requested service(s).
The personal data will not be diffused by ItalianPapers and/or by the Data Processors and in no case ItalianPapers and/or the Data Processors will transfer or sell personal data to other third parties for marketing and/or commercial activities.
The processing of personal data is performed in compliance with Art.4 of GDPR.
Applicant rights
As stated in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) with respect to personal data, the applicant has the following rights: Right of Access (Art.15), Right of Cancellation / Right to Oblivion (Art.17), Right of Limitation of Treatment (Art.18), Right to Data Portability (Art.20).
The applicant can assert each of these rights by contacting ItalianPapers (Data Controller).
Protection of personal data
ItalianPapers and the Data Processors collect and preserve the personal data according to the relevant laws, with particular regard to the security measures appointed by the Art.32 of GDPR. The storage and the processing of personal data are made in Italy by computerized, manual and automated tools, with the purposes indicated above and in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data.

The ItalianPapers website contains links to external websites. These websites have their own privacy policy that can differ from ItalianPapers privacy policy. ItalianPapers is not liable for these external websites privacy policy.

The ItalianPapers website www.italianpapers.it uses Google Analytics services, that include the use of cookies (see our cookie policy).

ItalianPapers uses only technical cookies of Google Analytics, for statistical analysis purpose about the visitor behavior on the website www.italianpapers.it.
ItalianPapers anonymizes every data transmitted to Google analytics, also the IP address, therefore no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is sent to Google Analytics.
The ItalianPapers Google Analytics account settings do not permit to Google LLC any cross-check with other data that could discover Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of our website visitors.
The ItalianPapers Google Analytics account settings do not permit to Google LLC any marketing activities nor profiling activities.
